Melandri Did Some Work At Qatar!

Haven't been by the site for awhile. The comments are a little harsh I must admit. John is a friend of mine and my sons so I would never post anything to insult him or his family. It was merely an observation of what an uphill battle Melandri would have with the Kawi. Believe me, if John had a problem with Marco, he is more than capable of handling it himself. It was so great to see Anthony West come up from the back and challenge the lead numerous times. That was the highlight of the races at PI for me. It was cool that Spies won the 2nd SBK race but Westy showing what he is really capable of after the misearble year with Kawi last year was just refreshing. I know he must feel great about it.... more

KAWASAKI OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE.....

I'm afraid John may have to sit this year out. I'm certain his management has it under control but as was mentioned earlier, he does NOT need another nail of a bike. Jav's coach Pridmore ran a satellite Honda bike for a few races last year in WSBK and it was depressing. World Superbike would be a great forum though and is quickly gaining momentum against the MotoGP series. Stay away from DMG if at all humanly possible. Its gonna be a rough year in NA racing.... more
