R.I.P. Craig Jones
From mcnews.com.au:British rider Craig Jones has succumbed to the massive head injuries he sustained during a high speed fall during the Brands Hatch World Supersport round in Kent.Jones was battling for the lead at high speed before losing traction exiting the fast Clarke Curve. Jones fell heavily and then was struck by another machine following close behind. The following rider, Andrew Pitt, was left with no time to even consider taking evasive action, let alone the chance of successfully performing such a manoeuvre. Jones received immediate medical attention at the scene and was put in a drug induced coma prior to being air-lifted to Royal London Hospital. Despite the best care Jones unfortunately failed to recover from his injuries and passed away in hospital.  Sad News.

My family's thoughts and prayers and sincere condolences are with Craig's family and friends. John knew him and has spoken to him often.
It's so hard on everyone. None of us like to think about it really but every time that green light goes...... it's there but for the grace of God go these racers. They are doing what they love and are entertaining millions around the world. Please join me every race day and pray for them all.....they are someone's sons, grandsons, brothers, nephews, uncles, cousins, friends etc.
God Bless. xxx

yeah, i saw the accident and that looked just horrible! it reminded me a bit of the 250 crash with simoncelli and sekiguchi at brno last year. unfortunatly craig wasn't that lucky. he would have been ok if he didn't got hit by pitt but andrew just could not avoid him, crai just got slingshot into andrew's bike. rest in peace craig, i'm shure you will be remembered as a great racer. our condolences to his family, friends and anyone who knew him in the paddock and his personal life.
