It was so great to see Anthony West come up from the back and challenge the lead numerous times. That was the highlight of the races at PI for me. It was cool that Spies won the 2nd SBK race but Westy showing what he is really capable of after the misearble year with Kawi last year was just refreshing. I know he must feel great about it.

None of that about watching the races online. Us stuck stateside can't get the online feed due to some deal with speed. Yes, it sucks

If you want to watch the races just go to worldsbk.com - they show all the races re-live, whenever you want. You don`t have to wait for speed to show it on tuesdays... haha
I really liked the action and i was impressed by the performace of both new factories aprilia and bmw! this is going to be a hell of a year with so many competetive riders and bikes! But Mick is right: the SSP races was damn close! I hope McCoy will be at the front too the next time!! I`d like to see more smoking tyres!

I thought the supersport was amazing. i think the lead pack was around 15 riders for most of the race.

Yeah, both races were amazing. MotoGP may be the "top" series but superbikes are looking to be amazing.

Just arrived home from the Island. Was a great weekend. Sunday looked like it would be terrible but it turned out ok and there was a great day of racing for all!

Well, I was trying not to find out the results since Speed only shows one race today and the second one on Tuesday. However, Robin looked and once I saw Spies run off on the first lap of race one, I wasn't interested. I did however break down and check the results for race two. We will watch it on Tuesday as the results look much better! Hoping Spies takes off his shirt or something!
